An indoor pool on the top floor of a hotel – the dream for anyone who’s always wanted to splash around in a glorified bathtub with a view. The water? Perfectly “heated” – just slightly warmer than an ice cube. The ceiling? Let’s just say it’s ideal for backstroke... as long as you’re cool with the occasional bump on the head. And the view through the panoramic windows? Absolutely stunning – if you can see through the foggy glass. But hey, who needs space or warmth when you can post on Instagram: “Infinity pool... but make it awkward.”

My Saunas

Welcome to my little sweat world! Built just for you, so you can really get back into steaming properly. The Swiss stone pine sauna warms you up to 60 °C, with light therapy on top – otherwise it would just be an overheated wooden box. In the infusion sauna I serve you heat with a Tristkogel panorama, if you can still see anything between the drops of sweat. For fog fans there’s a steam bath: cozy, mystical, almost like London, only hotter and far less polite. After that, head out to the fresh-air terrace – survival training included – and then dive into the waterbed with a mountain view that will melt you away. And because sweating makes you hungry, there’s a wellness buffet to rescue your minerals. Two infrared comfort loungers are still in stock, so you won’t run out of relaxation.

Fitness at Glemmtalerhof – because nothing motivates you like the view of mountains while you try not to die from exhaustion. My top-floor gym is equipped with NOHRD machines – yes, those fancy wooden ones that make you feel like you're doing yoga in a luxury spa. Forget everything you know about working out – here, you're not just lifting weights, you're hugging nature, with leather smells and the soothing sound of water. Who says you can’t sweat in style?
