„Simply Eat Well“
„For Hotel Guests“
I know what really matters: food that not only looks good but actually fills you up. My portions are made so you won’t have to go hunting for the next “amuse-bouche.” No tiny foams or little towers here – I serve real food, the kind you can actually finish. But hey, for all the fine-dining fans who prefer to dip their spoon gently into the foam three times – don’t worry, I’ve got something for you too.
- Late BreakfastIn summer until 10:30 AM | In winter until 11:00 AM

- 5-Course Dinner

Fresh goat cheese with honey and roasted nuts on a bed of mixed greens – because green vegetables always look so good.Soup:
Creamy pumpkin soup with a hint of cinnamon and crispy bread – just in case you need a little more autumn in your life.Fish Course:
Tenderly pan-fried trout with herb butter and seasonal vegetables – because you’re not here for frozen fish sticks, right?Main Course:
Juicy filet steak with a rich red wine sauce, creamy mashed potatoes, and sautéed vegetables – for when you feel like a king... or at least someone who eats really well.Dessert:
Warm apple strudel with vanilla ice cream and a pinch of cinnamon – for when you somehow still have room for something sweet (and you decided to ignore the word "diet" today).Of course, we also happily cook vegetarian or vegan.

„A la carte“
Welcome to Pfeiferl – the a la carte restaurant and bar where you can sip your aperitif and eat something to keep you from falling off your chair. The menu here is so diverse, you’ll wonder if you can handle it all in one evening. And if the weather’s good, sit outside – because fresh air and a view of the slanted roof (yes, the white tent outside) is way better than doing it indoors. Only the sky is more diverse than the drinks here.
„Our Sacred Mantra“
My chef really goes the extra mile to source ingredients from the region. I can’t grow everything myself – especially not under all that snow. Sure, every now and then I cheat a little and order oranges from the south for the breakfast juice. But honestly: would you really want oranges from the “Alpine Garden Collection”? Exactly.
And for my guests with special food wishes: Vegetarian, gluten-free, or other adventures – just let me know in advance. I’ll have the cookbooks ready!
„We’re Great at Celebrations“
Oh, how lovely: Another birthday with a crooked Happy-Birthday cake, a wedding with 37 different opinions on the décor, and the legendary Christmas party where the boss suddenly discovers karaoke. I love it! Company parties with PowerPoint battles? Bring them on! Bachelor parties with awkward games? Pure bliss! I’ve got everything it takes: patience, alcohol, and escape routes. Book your chaos gala now – I’m ready. Probably.

„Cin Cin“
„Hotel Bar“
The Hotel Bar at Glemmtalerhof – the place where you get your welcome drink because, honestly, you can’t just sit around empty-handed, right? This is where everyone who can’t decide if they’re ready for dinner yet gathers. And of course, you’ll meet your hosts here, who won’t hesitate to comment on how your jacket doesn’t match your pants (again). The atmosphere? Laid-back, like a couch after you’ve just woken up – relaxed, but with a sprinkle of humor that’ll give you a grin as big as the first sip of a well-mixed cocktail.
„Schräglage“
Welcome to the "Schräglage" my quirky-charming tent sculpture right at the front door! Here you sit by the stream, pretend you’re out in nature, and enjoy wine, music, and the drama of civilization flowing past. Concert, farmers’ market, or event – I call it culture, others just call it “finally something happening.” And if the weather once again feels the need to show off – no worries: my tent closes. Completely. Unlike some of the open mouths at my events.
„Almbar“
My Almbar – where the fun begins (or ends) when others are going to sleep! Cozy, legendary, and slightly dangerous. Here, my original bartender mixes drinks that could even land a bullseye in a dart tournament. By the way: dart games, nail tournaments, and glorious misjudgments included! If you manage to figure out what time it is, you clearly haven’t been here enough. So, head down to the basement, where the night never ends and the best stories begin!
